ONLINE APPLICATION FORM OF CLASS 7 – SESSION 2025-26

1.To access the online application form for admission to Class 7 for the academic session 2025-2026, please login to our school website: https/www.sxcsccu.edu.in

2.The webpage linked to admission will be available from 4th February, 2025 to 28th February, 2025 (both days inclusive).

3.There will be no offline distribution of application forms for Class 7.

4.The cost of an online application form is Rs. 1000/- only. The payment could be made either by credit/debit card or through net banking options provided on the payment gateway (Bill Desk). Service charges as per Bill Desk/RBI are extra to be paid by the applicant. The cost of the application form, once paid, is non-refundable.

5.The online system will accept only one Application Form per candidate.

6.The candidates must bring a copy of the application form and the payment slip at the time of Admission Test.

7.An Admission Test will be held for all applicants on Saturday, 01/03/2025 at 9:00 am. All applicants must report to St. Xavier’s Collegiate School by 8:30 am.

8.The syllabus for the Admission Tests will be as per the Class 6 syllabus.

9.Admission Test schedule:

9:00 am-10:00 am - English

10:15 am-11:15 am - Mathematics

IMPORTANT DATES:

01/03/2025 (Saturday): Admission Test.

08/03/2025 (Saturday): Names of the shortlisted candidates will be sent by SMS.

10/03/2025 and 11/03/2025 (Monday and Tuesday): Interaction with the shortlisted candidates.

13/03/2025 (Thursday): Selected candidates will be informed by SMS.

17/03/2025 (Monday): Admission of the selected candidates.
